Roy had beef with anyone who took the ball out of his hands. I'm not nearly as in love with Roy as some people around here.

I always thought it was short-sighted on Roy's part. Andre's ability to see the floor and take some of the ballhandling pressure off Brandon really could have complemented his game. It might even have given him an extra year of longevity. It certainly made the Blazers a tougher team. For as great a player as Brandon was, sometimes you have to understand when you give you get more back and learning to fit his game with Andre's would have benefited both of them.

CJ should report on his podcast that sources say TrueHoop is struggling financially and having trouble finding accurate information.

Brandon just wanted a Steve Blake who would stand there and wait for him to pass him the ball so he could shoot. That's it.

And I remember reports that Brandon wasn't happy when we were feeding Oden in the post.

Has Woj ever picked up anything on what Abbott's saying? If he picked it up, I'd give it a little more credence.

Our best lob passer was Camby. His lobs to Aldridge led the league one season. Sergio was good too. Esp his lobs from half court to Outlaw.

Yet we have Blazer "fans" who keep retweeting and posting this garbage. It's called manufactured consent.

Stop contributing to this slow moving coup.

Stop talking about a basketball team like it's some kind of government. The fans can be convinced of whatever by the media but that doesn't end in a coup. Also, the guy they keep posting has a pretty good resume and while he's shown to be wildly unreliable, it stands to reason that he's getting his information from somewhere so there may be things to glean from it.

I'd say in context of the tweet he's responding to, Dame's saying that it's obvious that he's not giving up game checks. As obvious as if you're going really fast in a car and hit traffic that you'll slow down.

well remember, he drinks like a fish, so it stands to reason that he's not that cheap.

He drinks like a fish? Ugh that's not good. It's not cigarette smoking bad, but it's not gonna help lengthen his career that's for sure. I hadn't heard this though I guess I've seen PLENTY of evidence he likes to party.

It's a joke on here. Some people have said it but with all of his talk about his diet and hydration, there's no way he "drinks like a fish". I'm sure he likes to get tipsy every now and then but I very seriously doubt he has anything close to a problem that would hurt his longevity in the league.

Ah OK thanks for that. I was remembering him partying for his birthday a year or two ago with arms around two women and champagne bottle in hand. I have similar pics from back in the day, but unlike Dame I probably couldn't "command a double team" the way he does. ;)

I would be completely unsurprised if we went after Jeremy Grant.
