Why do we want Grant? What advanced stat says he's more than an average player?

 

The part of the Russ deal that makes CJ's value go up is the news that Beal is excited for that package and Washington is doing it to build around him.

 

What? The Nuggets were significantly worse off this year. Just because they beat us doesn't mean they didn't skip a beat. They definitely missed Grant, Craig, and Harris.

barton is a starter for them and pj dozier is important rotational player

so they missed two starters and one bench guy

All right, he's not actually - because he can't shoot. But then the Nuggets have MPJ, which is probably why they were content to let Grant walk.
