Ugh, we're gonna end up with Snell and Felicio.

Heres a wrinkle. Depending on starting salary for norm, we might be able to get our full mle if we can dump DJ.

Who could we get with the full mle? Oubre still doesn't have a deal.

For good reason. Then again, most players have a red flag or two currently. If Dipo would somehow get back to decent health, he'd be interesting. Bejlica, Millsap, James Johnson, one of the Morrii bros, Shaq Harrison, Taj Gibson, Josh Hart, Bruce Brown, would all be of value to us.

I'd rather tie up money in Bjelica, Morris, Gibson or Hart than pay up for Oubre, who's probably aiming for more years.

Gibson is 36. I'd prefer to look elsewhere.

And was huge for the Knicks in their fight to make the playoffs. I'd rather have Gibson at 36 than DJ Wilson at...22? He's still valuable - but granted, I'd lookelsewhere because we need playmaking.

Not if we trade for Ben Simmons!
    #fingerscrossed

    Plan B: sign someone

    Plan C: Mudiay

I'm acting like I'm disagreeing with you, but I'm not - we totally need playmaking.

i think DJ got asked to fit a style of play that wasn’t in his skill set. He’s a defender and slasher that should fit right in with Billups wanting ball movement and better defense. I think we should hold onto him until at least until trade deadline unless he’s part of filler to make a trade work

MLE should go to the guy with the highest ceiling. I like Oladipo. Especially with the subtraction of CJ.

He's months away. Might not sign anywhere for a while.

It's also an old injury which popped up agaieally bad sign.

I wonder with all who are available, is there someone we can getvwith the full mle that we couldn't with the tmle. Obviously, having more money gives us an advantage, just trying to look at names and see who would or wouldn't be overpaid by the mle.

Apparently the Zeller deal is the TpMLE, or there’s differing reporting.

I didn't think a player of Zeller's status would sign for the minimum so quickly. Would not be surprised if it is for the TpMLE. I still think it is an ok deal. Would just be ecstatic if it was for the min instead.

What happened to all the Tony Snell fans in here? There seemed to be a lot in past. Why has he fallen out of favor?
He still shoots 40% from 3, seems to be a decent defender with his 7' wing. If Neil does pull off a trade for Simmons, I would be surprised if Little was not part of the deal. I know if I am Philly he would be the young player I would insist upon. Snell could be a solid signing at SF.
