Two members of a Wu-Tang Clan-affiliated rap group were found fatally shot in Oregon, according to a report. Hip-hop performers 12 O’Clock and Murdock of the Brooklyn Zu were found dead in the early hours Tuesday in Portland, Vibe magazine reported. “Rip To My Older Cousins,” wrote Young Dirty Bastard, the son of the late Wu-Tang rap legend Ol’ Dirty Bastard, in a post to Instagram on Tuesday. “Rip 12 O’Clock. Rip Murdock. They Were My Fathers Tightest blood bonds. My Two Older cousins Was just assassinated. Love Yalll. Blood Forever. Brooklyn Zu.” 12 O’Clock’s son Divine Turner also took to social media to express his grief. “So I’m out of town away from home on business and I get the call that they murdered my father,” he said in video post to Instagram. “I don’t know what to do.” Turner added text to his post: “Sad day for me. They assassinated my father in #Oregon.” Cops in northeast Portland said they responded to the shooting at 5:19 a.m. Tuesday and found two people dead and three others wounded. “Officers searched the area for suspects, but did not locate any,” Portland police said in a statement. “This is an ongoing investigation and any additional information will be released at the direction of detectives.” Autopsies will be conducted on the victims, who were not immediately identified by cops, to determine a cause and manner of death, police said. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Portland police at (503) 823-0433. https://nypost.com/2021/08/11/wu-ta...utm_medium=SocialFlow&utm_campaign=SocialFlow
If you're not name checked in M-E-T-H-O-D Man, you're not in the Clan. Masta Killa and Cappadonna notwithstanding.
No idea who these people are but I'm sick of gun violence in America...I'm not into hip hop but I've read about WuTang Klan...don't know the music...RIP and fuck guns I have listened to Common speak at length about gun violence in Chicago and respect the man...don't know his music either but he's supposed to be a positive role model for troubled Southside Chicago youth We need more Fred Hamptons in the cities feeding hungry kids and speaking the truth
Ever read about Portland in the roaring 20s? Wild city back then and through the Great Depression. Lot of prohibition speak easys in Seattle and Portland with legal booze right there in Canada ...Seattle had a huge mob presence then..
