Maybe assuming we’ve got the universe all figured out is ignorant.

That fact is the "vaccine" doesn't confer immunity or prevent transmission.

i have friends who share this opinion and i just dont get it. Why is it so hard to put it on?

Last year, a person I was in close contact with at work tested positive, had a terrible bout with it, and the PPE both of us were wearing protected me. I was working 6-10 hrs a day in a lab with two masks on and a face shield at the time. I haven't stopped wearing a mask even after vaccinations because it's just not a big deal to me. It's much easier than what I dealt with at work. I don't know why people think it's so hard

I'm an asthmatic, wore mask as an Uber Driver. I guaranty i'd be fine wearing a mask for a game. I'm back to wearing mask in the grocery store, and on pick ups because i've seen many dumbasses in store and restaurants, sneezy & coughing without covering up. I'm like, "I don't want your cooties foo". Get a F-ing clue.

Wonder if any of them were residents at elderly care facilities? It’s amazing people will continually shit all over ‘hick’ states but will more or less turn a blind eye to a situation like New York, where they are literally hiding bodies.

Wearing combat boots & shit kickers were way more uncomfortable than a mask.

Spare me your facebook learnings-- i have no patience for nonsense any longer.

I have degrees in science, worked in big Pharma for over a decade, and have spoken (sadly in failed interviews) with scientists at Moderna who came up with the technology to design these vaccines. I know what's real and what's fake. I'm past dealing with psychos on the internet who think they know shit because they get passed messages trickled down from Q.

Yeah, but if the choice came down to it with wearing one versus not wearing one, in a fan-based activity, not wearing one will be more fun. Just creepy aesthetics as well if everyone in the spot is wearing a mask. I mean I don't mind not attending games. Watching on TV is more chill anyway, lots of effort in going to a game. When I watch games here in LA, I usually uber down to the arena, get wasted and have a good time. With the mask mandates as well as the lack of ubers in general these days, its more of a hassle.

I actually QUIT picking up drunks. I stopped working those hours. The fares weren't big enough to put up with the bullshit. And potential Barfs. I just do Uber Eats now. But i do enjoy being at the game, a 100 times more that TV. You just can't match the live experience.

I just figured the people who choose to continually shit all over stupid religious types may be willing to provide some insight into the why we’re here. Or maybe their only answer is to berate others.

it isn't hard to put it on.
Whats hard is to put it on and off and on and off while eating, drinking and screaming.

People in Asia have worn mask for decades. Bad air had a lot to do with it, but they wore them. The air is so bad with the wild fires, i've had to wear the mask anyways. I consider it like protective work equipment. I also have gotten use to it.

Seriously, the smoke here in Central OR is horrible. I never knew it was this bad until I moved here this Spring. Masks are helping in that regard for sure.

Also the Ozone here in Denver has been a problem bigtime. It's like the air before all the EPA regulations for exhaust. Can't even see the city unless it rains. Pretty scary.
