oh yeah duh!!! Id gladly trade for Kanter. So much respect for the guy on and off the court. One of the true class acts in the nba.

    so… do you so? ;)

He made an unsuccessful offer for a crappy player and lucked into a good one. Just like with Nurk. And just like a bunch of crappy free agents whom we were lucky rebuffed his advances.

Also, "similar"? They're similar in that both are tall, but that's about it.

Beats me. I can't place that logo.

Both should be carrying lighter loads than before, which should help with that.

Nance missed a lot of time last year, but the (not your) narrative that he's missed a bunch over the years, especially the last three years, is a bit misleading. Ignoring last year, he's missed about 8-9 games a year on average. That's a pretty typical number for durable players.

Edit: Err, pandemic brain fart ... was somehow doing the math based on 72 games a year instead of the usual 82. So, he's missed more like 18 games a year. Not quite as good as I was thinking.

Ha Ha No. I do not sew. Try Modern Domestic sewing on Alberta St.
I understand that is in a part of town some of you might be scared to enter but believe me you will be okay.

Also Kanter will most likely be a Blazer again if he wants Steve Blake's record.

All of those players have defiled the #11 as it belongs to Sabonis who is in the Hall of Fame. Half of the Blazers numbers (or more) are a bit of an embarrasment to be hanging in the rafters, but a guy who only wore one jersey in his NBA career and is in the Hall, doesn't have his number retired. I get that it isn't the NBA Hall of Fame and much of what he is in for is for International ball before he was injured, but out of respect, it seem a little crappy they keep giving it some of these scrubs....or others like Vladimir Stepania.

Vladimir Stepania wanted the number because Sabonis wore it. That was his Idol. He is a player i have no problem with at all. Meyers Leonard now is another question.

I think mine has the name ironed on. I bet there's a way to take the name off mine. I bet yours you could do yourself, but it would take a long time cutting the stitches.

Being a Blazer fan is awesome, we get the same amount of excitement over trading for Nance than the Lakers get about trading for AD, except we post more about it.

For the record I love the trade, I’ve wanted Nance for awhile.

Sure, Blazer fans get excited over shit, but Laker fans thought Alex Caruso was the best thing since sliced bread.
