    I'd imagine the reason it's an issue now is employees have filed multiple complaints over a period of time and the organization is trying to head off a hostile workplace lawsuit.

    Someone new coming in can always choose to keep someone on that they vibe with. Maybe those guys stayed and kissed ass because their kids liked the schools and they liked the area. Lots of variables as to why. I've kissed ass at jobs myself. No shame in that game. Still doesn't make it ok for Neil to treat anyone like a dick at his job. Cultures matter at work.

    Couple things. Was this disastrous senior year of high school within the last two years? Cuz if not you’re kinda bitter about HS sports. Also, if both seasons were ruined by parents and made you this pissed maybe it’s not the parents that’s the issue?

    Quick sort of hinted to Mike Richmond on his podcast that he thought they'd go outside Neil's staff to hire a replacement but the staff has a crew that can maintain until they find that person...we'll see. I just hope they get somebody who can gel with Chauncey ...today I read Tayshaun Prince's name a few times as a possibility....he's consulting somewhere in the east now. I still think Brent Barry is a really good hire ...I think they'll take their time finding the right replacement.
