Oklahoma National Guard rejects Pentagon's coronavirus vaccine mandate

 

Simple, the President calls them up and then requires them to be vaccinated. If they jump ship then they go to Leavenworth.

 

When you sign up for military service you lose the right to refuse orders like this.

People should think about that before they sign up. The constitution no longer protects you in most cases as long as you're enlisted.

Not exactly. The National Guard is different from the Reserves until the President federalizes them. A great example was when George Wallace employed them in front of the doors of White public schools in Birmingham and Kennedy with the stroke of a pen turned the National Guard from blocking entrances to protecting entrances allowing Black children to enter. So, the National Guard is under the control of a state governor until called up.

Didn't tell him directly; commander found out from social media. New commander, as his first action, declared guard personnel not required to follow vaccination order from Commander in Chief.

 

Fox News is holding a national meeting with all their "stars" in Florida.
All participants are required to show proof of vaccine or negative Covid test. While they rail against vaccine mandates and Governor DeathSantis bans them.
