The data is clear: Natural immunity is not better. The COVID-19 vaccines create more effective and longer-lasting immunity than natural immunity from infection.

 

How? One if your articles is even titled natural immunity lasts at least six months.

 

Because when I made that post I hadn't looked it up yet. Then I looked it up and posted what I found...

 

So your preferred solution is that instead of vaccines, people get Covid every six months and either die or re-up their immunity (potentially with a non-negligible hospital visit)?

 

Studies have shown natural immunity can last over a year. I prefer front line workers, military members, and airline pilots etc not get fired over one sided science.

 

Same. Fortunately, the science is pretty clear--vaccines are much safer than "get the disease and take your chances." Much better for the rest of society, too.

 

Having a consensus of peer reviewed studies is not an bad thing. Even if you want to call it "one sided"...

Everything I'm finding pretty much agrees that the vaccine is better.

 

The science is clear, the danger varies greatly based on your age and health (comorbidities).

 

Yes, and who has argued that? What's the survival rate on vaccines?

And before you say "We don't know the long-term effects of vaccines," guess what? We have a far better knowledge of the long-term effects of vaccines than we do Covid. "Survival rate" isn't the only measure of the damage of Covid-19--people of all ages, including infants, have suffered brain damage, people of all ages have incurred permanent damage to their lungs, etc. There hasn't been that kind of widespread damage from the vaccine--just widespread conspiracy nonsense on Facebook.

 

I seen an expert say that natural immunity lasts significantly less than six months.

 

I prefer frontline workers not spread contagious diseases.
I prefer science to random dude on Facebook.

 

I prefer to take news and reports from all sides and come to an informed conclusion. I prefer seeking knowledge to random woman on S2…

 

There aren't two sides to Covid vaccine. Earth is round, planets travel around sun, universe is billions of years old, COVID vaccine is safe and effective. Oh, and Biden won 2020 presidential election.

 

Packaging your argument with other things that are actually proven doesn’t make it right. There’s no such thing as being correct by association.
