I would want to start out with a plate of good fresh bruschetta(sp?) And some warm fresh bread with a melted butter and olive oil dip. Then i would want a sampler type plate. 5 deep fried butterfly prawns with a cocktail sauce to dip in. half a grilled cheese, bacon and tomato sandwich. Two deshelled crab legs with more melted butter. Quarter steak and onions quesadilla with salsa and sourcream dip. For dessert i would want the following: half a slice of the best tiramisu A small bowl of warm flan. 2 chocolate covered strawberries 4 chocolate covered orange slices and to finish it off one mixing bowl size of capt crunch!! and hopefully that will kill me before they do! Lol

I'd also like to add a bunch of caviar, blinis and creme fraiche. Went to the Sterling Buffett in Vegas, they had a caviar bar, I would just put that shit on everything.
Its a blast to feed a couple kittens tuna right out of the can, then watch them perform amped up everything.
