By stick areas you mean the places where your drinking water flows through....good luck with that....you have urban ghettos on the east coast on a scale you'll never find out west

 

They've done a really good job cleaning up the Eugene camps and moving them to manageable areas....they've put boulders under some overpasses to stop the camping under them.

 

That plan got nixed due to a number of reasons. So it looks to me like Salem has everyone locating to Marion Square Park, even closer to the capitol, not that it really matters. Took a picture just Friday on my commute home. What a wonderful sight.

EDIT: Sorry, you were talking about Nashville. I though you were talking about Salem. They had a plan to create some housing near Wallace Marine Park and that map looked kind of similar to what was in my head.

 

Let's just say outside the downtown urban environment. That might be a good place to start.

I'd rather trash was on a concrete parking lot than in the woods any day.....it'll get swept up downtown...it'll sit in the woods for a long time...a good place to start is affordable housing and designated communal areas for those destitute homeless. There's trash service downtown...not in the hills so much.

Nah, it's just that for every negative article Sly might post on Nashville, I'll trot out 30 positive ones. Guaranteed. Oh, and I could open his post as I don't subscribe to the Tennessean online and had already hit my limit of free articles.

 

But what does number of articles matter? I guess I just don't get the point... Are you advocating that we encourage people to allow media to dictate their perception of reality by volume of content?
