    The second looks more taken care of. I'd probably go with whatever is the best location.

    You guys like the one I'm obsessed with. And it's the least expensive. It also has a pool on the roof. Not sure about the other one. The other one does have more space and I love the checkerboard floor.

    The 2nd is smaller but looks more appealing if you were going to rent it out on something like AirBNB.
