Not sure Bronny is a one-and-done player at this point. Maybe we will have a G League team by then. Or will Bronny skip college and play overseas.
With him saying that, makes me feel like someone will take bronny in the first if they get a year of minimum Lebron. Even at 40.
Rivals.com has him as the number 34 prospect in the class of 2023 and ESPN has him as has him as no 43 in his recruiting class. Other sites have him somewhere in between. That gives you a good idea for now but as a junior in high school a lot of things can change between now and two years from now. Also there's some discussion that due to COVID his class isn't very well scouted. So his notoriety might be inflating his value or he could be far more scrutinized than his peers. A lot more will be known after his last high school season and his first college season because by all accounts he is going to play in college.
I don't think it is a presumption that an NBA team will want Lebron for a minimum salary. All 30 teams would sign him for that even at age 40.
The only reason I care about this is I am hoping we draft Bronny just as a giant FUCK YOU to Leflop. Then refuse to trade Bronny or sign his dad
If we still have Dame I don't see us refusing to sign Lebron. Dame might even try to persuade us to draft Bronny if it means Lebron signs here.
Bronny will be playing in the les Schwab invitational in Hillsboro in December. I think I’m gonna go for the spectacle, since it’ll be like 5 min from my house.
Never thought of this before....He wouldn't have eligibility right? I think jr smith is playing college golf but I don't think he could do college basketball
I definitely think he's given up his amateur status but I don't know how much longer that will be lawfully necessary to play in college. I imagine that even if college players start to be paid by schools as they're already allowed to be paid by sponsors, the NCAA will keep rules in place to keep people who have played in professional leagues from playing in college.
very real possibility Bronny jumps up to the first round with the team thinking its a two for one pick.
