Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes supports raising minimum wage, Medicare for all and Green New Deal. Boebert talks about shooting Congressional Democrats. I can't see them as equivalent.
Party’s outspoken female - one is a Boston University grad, while the other has an 8th grade level education
You'd think that Biden and other world leaders would feel inclined to talk directly with Putin as an attempt to de-escalate. Im not sure it would be helpful or wise to strictly avoid any direct dialog with so much at stake.
What are the limitations of giving Ukraine air support? A10 Warthogs would decimate Russia in that landscape — literal sitting ducks.
Yes to all of this, except the liberating, and the pissing--where was that? I haven't seen that here before.
More proof there is no gawd. In a just universe, that guy would be in the gutter in a puddle of his own guts.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech...ukraine-invasion-protect-yourself/6976490001/ Americans are at higher risk of Russian cyberattacks after Ukraine invasion: What you should do right now Security professionals are urging Americans to take immediate steps to protect themselves from a higher risk of Russian cyberattacks following the invasion of Ukraine. “We are seeing more and more nation-state activity due to the conflict in the Ukraine,” said Ryan Wright, a professor specializing in cybersecurity at the University of Virginia. “With US sanctions setting in, it is only a matter of time until the US is targeted more directly. This may mean attacks on your personal device through ransomware but also attacks on the infrastructure such as your Internet access or even the power grid.” From the SolarWinds to the Colonial Pipeline attacks, state-sponsored actors wage increasingly sophisticated cyberwarfare. Russia may attempt to disrupt financial systems and critical infrastructure such as the power grid or oil production to put pressure on the US to relent on sanctions, said Saryu Nayyar, CEO of security firm Gurucul..........(CONTINUED)
Candace Owens tweeted if you want to understand what is going on, read transcript of Putin's speech. Then you will understand why US is at fault. Also, Hunter's laptop. Dinesh D'Souza said Putin is absolutely the lesser evil as compared to Biden. CPAC sure is wonderful.
Interesting read: https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/01/opinions/georgia-former-soviet-putin-ukraine-antelava/index.html Why did it take the West so long to wake up to Putin’s outrages? Tbilisi CNN — This terrifying, world-changing conflict in Ukraine did not start in 2022. Nor did it start in 2014. It began a decade and a half ago when Russia invaded Georgia and got away with it. “Remember the red button?” a friend texted when the first Russian bombs fell on Kyiv. In the region that has been colonized and tormented by Russia for centuries, everyone remembers the red “reset” button: the gift of an illusory fresh start that Hillary Clinton presented to the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during their meeting in Geneva 2009. By then, the invasion of Georgia’s capital Tbilisi had been averted, but with 20% of its territory occupied by Russia, the country’s sovereignty was dangerously crippled. The Georgian government, America’s closest non-NATO ally in the region, was warning about a new, hybrid war. But after all the trauma of Bush’s foreign adventures, the United States was eager to move on. As Clinton presented Lavrov with a red button, global headlines focused on the amusing fact that Americans had managed to misspell “reset” in Russian and that it made Lavrov laugh. But the region gasped for air: everyone who has experienced Russian oppression knew that what really pleased Lavrov was that Moscow got away with murder. Over the next 14 years, it would happen again and again. Many of us, including me, didn’t think Putin would launch an invasion of this scale against Ukraine. Millions of us – Ukrainians, Moldovans, Georgians, Syrians, Armenians and Azeris – have all participated in dress rehearsals for the horror show that the Kremlin has now unleashed. And we know that it did not have to come to this.......(CONTINUED)
You do realize that is /opinion right? It does everything except ask for Hillary's emails. We can go back farther than that? Maybe this has more to do with Feb 15th 1989 when the Russians finally knew they had been defeated in Afghanistan? They still need a warm water port. They even used the pretext of "upholding the Soviet- Afghan friendship" as the reason they invaded.
