    Lieutenant Governor of Florida is outraged that business leaders have criticized don't say gay law. Said in so many words they have no right to criticize. First Amendment, anyone?

    Come on ABM, you made so very serious false accusations against Crandc. Instead of just admitting you made a mistake, or misread something, or were just having a bad couple of days, you then claim that the staff here is entered into some giant conspiracy to coverup what Crandc never said in the first place.

    That's just wrong. This isn't about defending Crandc. She does a fine job of defending her views, opinions, and posts. This is about making false accusations against someone. I would do the same for you if someone made similar claims.

    A Florida gay high school student wrote an op ed in New York Times. A couple of years ago he was surrounded by a group of homophobic bullies who verbally and physically abused him. He ran into a classroom and cried on the shoulder of his teacher, who comforted him and told him she had gone through similar experiences in her school days.
    That conversation will now be illegal.

    I said that I've been called a hater and/or racist in here. As it it relates to her, I've been called a hater. That said, I'm calling her prejudiced towards me based upon the, "Thank god I'm an atheist" remark. She knows who that was aimed for.

    Dude, you're gonna have to take these posts in the overall context. I've called crandc a hater as part of the same posts as being called a racist by others in other posts. If all that got conflated, my apologies. There are plenty of other people who have called me a racist in here in previous threads. Again, to be clear, crandc has not called me a racist to my knowledge.

    The "context" clearly shows you were calming that Crandc called you a racist and that I liked that post.

    If you are now claiming that it was someone else that called you a racist are you still claiming that I liked that post?

    Do you have a link to this other post where someone called you a racist and I liked it?

    I'm confused. So you've called her a hater but you don't like her calling you a hater?

    For the record, I'm a hater! I hate lots of things, Nazis, pedophiles, rapists, racists, animal abusers. Those are just a few of the groups of people that come to mind.

    Making false accusations against someone is actually one of the 10 Commandments.

    The command against making false accusations is one of the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:16). According to Mosaic Law, someone who accused another person falsely was to receive an ironic punishment: “The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evil from your midst” (Deuteronomy 19:18–19). The Law also specified that the punishment of a false witness was to be carried out without pity (Deuteronomy 19:21); it is a serious thing in God’s eyes to make a false accusation.

    This is where many who share some of your positions get confused though. You don't get personal definitions. Again, that's the great thing about having a common language.

    There is ample evidence to support her position, so it is (by definition) not a bigoted position.
