Sure, I'll check the score, but I'm not going to punish myself by watching a bunch of undrafted guys get blown out by 30+ every night. You?

I have watched only 1 game this year, it was clear from the beginning that this team needed big changes. I have even stopped watching the highlights. When they are back to putting a good product, I will watch again. Thankfully, F1 season is upon us so there is sports to follow on TV.

Nope. No reasonable streaming options anyway.

I have not watched most of the last 15 games or so. I'll channel surf to the games every once in a while, but that's about it. Once the Blazers started sitting Nurk-Simons-Hart-Winslow there just wasn't a lot of motivation left for me

I certainly check the box score on game night, but that's mostly it. Last night for instance we watched Quiet Place 2 on DVD then I had to capitulate to my wife and watch and episode of Sanditon on Amazon. 45 minutes is about as much Jane Austen as I can take in any 24 hour period without developing catatonia.

I've been watching the "highlights" of all of the games and been catching like every third game over the last couple of weeks only because I've had some personal obligations that would be keeping my time limited even if we were winning. So I'll be back to watching the games next week for the Pelicans game which has interesting implications but is one of the only two games left on the Pelicans schedule that I want them to win.

I follow it on the ESPN gamecast. Then I go back and fast forward through the game the next morning.

Went to the game last night only because we had tix in the Courtside Club and my daughter wanted to go. Wife wanted to see some friends so we went out after the game and stayed downtown (amidst the rioting and looting). If not for top-notch seats, I would not have gone to the game.

I watch when it’s convenient l, instead of planning my nights around being able to watch like before tank city started.

I've watched a few games the last couple of weeks--I was not that interested earlier this year because I knew we were going to be mediocre, but now it's like a train wreck that I can't look away from. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much Neil Everett and Kevin Calabro add to the broadcasts they're a part of... it really feels like a big-time broadcast that Root puts together on those nights.

Calabro and Everett are part of Blazer broadcasting and have nothing to do with Root. I believe the post-game show after Everett signs off is where Root steps in.

Nope. The team is bad enough, Calabro makes it painful to watch.

At least the Carmelo-stink is finally starting to fade...

Well I watch it on Root so I think it's hard to say it has nothing to do with Root.

I have enjoyed Travis Demers sitting in for Calabro.
He (Travis) has great chemistry with Lamar, helped by them being close to the same age.
The "Father/Son" tandem of Calabro/Hurd is tough to watch/listen to.
Don't get me wrong, Kevin Calabro is a true master, but I have always thought something just doesn't feel right about him being a Blazer Broadcaster.

I got @Lanny's tickets last night. Brought some friends and we sat 4 rows behind the Rocket's bench. Love those seats. (Thanks Lanny!)

It's a very different game experience right now. Lots of people there who don't normally go to Blazer games. I bet only a 1/3 of the crowd had any Blazer swag on. We were surrounded by either people who had either never been to a Blazer game before or had never sat that close to the court before. But regulars in their seats were pretty much nonexistent.

It's a great opportunity if you're a big fan and have never sat close to the court before. Do it if you can. Sitting close to the court is a different experience than sitting in the 300 level. Seeing into and hearing what is said during timeouts is fun. Hearing the players on the court, or what they say to the refs is fun.

If you're a basketball junky and on a budget a new and different game experience is available. Take advantage of it if you can!

Schonz with there last night. Came out of the tunnel right by the Rockets bench and stood for 3/4th of the game watching intently. The man loves basketball.

Jody Allen was there. She was laser-focused on the game. Very interesting to see. And a fan won a contest where you roll a golf ball into a tiny target, they won $50k. She was really happy for them.

    Billups coaches his ass off.

Blazer game broadcasts are produced by the Blazers. The hiring of game broadcasters are hired by the Blazers.

I think @THE HCP can explain it better but the game broadcast is done by people who work for the Blazers and not Root.

    "Billups coaches his ass off"...
    Yes, he does...
That....is the reason alone to keep watching.
He is getting a decades worth of experience in his first season.
