With Tatum scoring 12 on 17 shots?!? That's not a great sign for the Warriors.

As good as Presti has been, that guy has let more impact players leave his teams than any GM I can think of.

Problem with Warriors is they’re one of the worst defensive teams ever and they’re a jump shooting team that can’t make a shot in the final minutes in games that matter. Basically, they don’t have a legit superstar. Not surprised with tonight’s result. This is probably a sweep. Warriors just don’t have talent to compete at this level.

Kinda seems like most people agreed with that position in this thread.

Ime Udoka already an elite coach. He took 2 timeouts in high-leverage situations to maximize each possession and protect an 8 point lead.

Stotts would have let that lead evaporate before thinking about taking a timeout.

Is this a fluke or can the Celtics actually beat the Warriors?

Being that the Celtics are by far the better team, I'd say it's not a fluke. Maybe if everyone on Boston was hurt and Payton Dellevedova was their best player, maybe THEN the Warriors could win in 6.

Might not have been that thread, but I remember several times going the rounds with PapaG about that very topic.
