It's funny, I don't think Strome himself is a big loss, but his impact on the rest of the lineup hurts us. I think any one player missing hurts us since our biggest strength is depth and balance. You could argue we have the best 3rd and 4th lines right now when all healthy. Taking Goodrow off the 4th line really hurts.
Playing conservative, and capitalizing on the couple of breakdowns we have had. Smart approach tonight given our inability to generate O.
Well, that's that. Tough couple of games here. From the high of being up 2-0 in the series and 2-0 in game 3, to no O tonight, tied in the series, Strome and Chytil hurt. Not looking good for us moving forward.
Impressive game by TB though. Playing solid, disciplined defensively and forechecking hard and creating chances. Their top line is fantastic.
Really think we needed to find a way to win one of these two games. Now add in no Strome or Chytil, and a confident TB team and it is very uphill now. Funny how quickly things change. Two days ago riding high and healthy. Now... Chytil is another guy who is hurt a lot.
