Question? do you think the team is waiting on bringing in their tier guys on their board last, for a better comparisons? Any strategy in that? Or is it just logistics on when they can come?

I like his answers. Liked that he said he basically wants to stop his guy from scoring

I think we've brought in more guys projected top 12 than any other team.

But not a few guys like Murray, Sochan or Davis as an example.

I can't keep track so I and may be wrong, but it sure seems that the pace of bringing prospects in for workouts went way up after the initial news Portland was hiring Schmitz

No Sharpe thus far either if I'm not mistaken. Am I mistaken?

Murray has only worked out with the Magic so far.

And Sochan only with OKC and the Pels.

    They're prolly coming.

With Sochan vs. Eason, the combine measurements were great for Eason, but watching video of him ... dropping passes ... fumbling even with big mitts ... a bit all over the place (awkward) in moves that worked out on O ... vs. Sochan who looked like he can become elite on D with some early playmaking skills. Sochan is about option 5 for me at #7.

Sharpe is working out with OKC as well. That means he's been at DET/NOP/CHA/OKC

Every credible scout says he's the real deal. Anthony Edwards with a better jumper. They should swap with Sacramento.

Unless they're looking to trade down, that would be a massive leap up the boards.

Many think he's low to mid teens, but Im thinking because he could be the best defender in the draft he could go as high as 5. What teams could use a 6'9 on ball defender that can guard 1-5?
I say NO at 8. If we don't take him at 7.

Besides Ivey and the mystery man (Sharpe), only Mathurin looks like a guard for consideration in the Blazers’ range. [Daniels having the height, length, and D to play the 3.]. And Ivey is gone by 7.

So who is actually in the running at 7?
Murray, Sharpe, Mathurin, Daniels, Duren — Is Murray the only one Cronin hasn’t seen during these workouts?

Nearby? Sochan. Dieng a reach at 7. Guards start showing up in the lottery.

Teams are not going to tip the cards as to who they like best, workout or not.
Yeah, may hear some general feedback from video/reporter take but, nothing from those determining what their needs are and who has gone up or down on their board.
Ive yet to hear from Joe or Chauncey on feedback from workouts or interviews.
Its their job to keep US guessing and that doesn't require a lot of effort.

Only thing I heard from someone at the workout was that they loved Duren

That does not mean they didn’t like anyone else, but they liked him
