Jesus, you're right. I must have looked at the wrong team!

What's crazy is that none of those moves seem like a stretch at all to me. I really think with that kind of depth and defense, that Chauncey could afford to play guys really hard with all of the motion he wants on both ends and just cut down on starters minutes and play a very large rotation of Dame, Ant, Thybulle, Grant, Hart, Nas, Justise, Duren and Terry with Keon, Trendon, Greg and I guess Didi battling for any spot minutes.

I think that team has an excellent chance of winning in the playoffs. I mostly think that because I think that Grant would actually have a career year and Ant would as well but I'm pretty high on Grant as a 2a/2b option on offense who could concentrate more on defense and with new motivation because he was on a team competing to win again.

I would be OK with trading down to the 9th pick if the players are pretty even on Cronin's list between 7-9, or if their number one prospect is available at number 9. If Duren is their number one prospect, for example, and he gets taken by New Orleans (unlikely but possible) then they have to call it off.
If Sharpe or Murray somehow are still available at number 7 they have to take that guy and keep him.
    Smith - Chet - Paolo - Ivey - Murray - Sharpe - Mathurin - Sochan - Duren - Daniels

The main thing the Blazers have to do to keep me a fan is keep their draft pick chosen at 7-9. I don't care about the trades. Those guys are who they are.

Shit! I have no fucking clue what's going to happen. It's exciting and I'm hopeful but it's also a bit nerve wracking considering all of the possibilities to fuck it up.

I'm going to throw up if there's no Murray or Sharpe at 7. Daniels would be the guy there.

I don't hate Daniel's but he seems like such a let down compared to the other 2. Like a great glue guy but no star potential. I'm not sure a glue guy helps us enough right now.

Given their history I think Dame would be over the moon if Agbaji slipped to 16 and we traded 7 and Bledsoe for Collins and 16. I also think that Agbaji is the most NBA ready guy in the draft and would be an immediate impact player at a starting level but not a star level on both ends. Dame, Ant, Agbaji, Collins, Nurk, Hart, Nas, Justise, Orlando Robinson (pick 36) would be a damn good rotation.

Rumor is Indiana will take Mathurin at 6. If true, Portland should end up with either Murray or Sharpe. Let's hope.

Agbaji would not start over Little. He's not nearly the prospect Nas is.

If this is the case I wouldn’t be surprised to see them swap with NO who could jump up and grab Sharpe.

That would be a dick move. Definitely have to keep an eye out on teams trying to move up like OKC and Pelicans who have a lot of resources to move. Pelicans might be more in the win now mode which I think Daniels could be a really good fit.

Not suggesting Nurk be traded at draft night after draft
