OKC would have to give up SGA. Nets want some sort of young star/All-Star plus draft picks and the sorts. I dunno man, unless it's a three-team trade (and even then), I just don't know of any team that'll be able to meet BRK'S demands. Maybe the Raptors, but I don't know.

Is it possible that both KD & KI could still end up playing for the Nets this coming season?

You sure like to slip in your little digs about politics and personal beliefs. Thank God most people can accept that there are other opinions different from their own.

Am I wrong to think the Warriors might be better just keeping those players?

Sometimes real life intersects with basketball.

Would you sign Miles Bridges right now?

Big difference between domestic assault and anti-vax. Give me a break.

The current political climate in America has interjected itself into sports. Portland is a passionate political city. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that a players political beliefs could affect how this fanbase views them.

Its not just anti vax. I dont think his teammates would share his beliefs either. Did you see ant and harts tweets on roe v wade? Basketball seemed to intersect politics there.

Politics is how much does a party want to spend on infrastructure. Abortion rights are Human Rights. Too many people conflate politics when the bare minimum of humanity.

They have a platform. They should use it for whatever issues they'd like to bring attention on.

Lowe was on his podcast and said CJ wasn’t initially sold on NO and didn’t want to go until he was able to talk to people that worked there and then he got excited. Said same thing could happen with Durant.

Isaac is a good young player. His coming off injury lowers the price tag a little with Hart + Winslow adding up just about right. If Orlando fans or players aren’t as fair-minded as Blazers fans or players, then the price may be lower. Good. I’m still hoping for a second forward with height/length who can score and play D.

On the subject of Durant and his 4 years of contract …

If the hard cap makes trades limited/trickier for Portland, then Ben Simmons does more than that to Brooklyn. His rookie max and being traded to Brooklyn limits their return.

Simmons not playing last year? His back? His issues mentally (hopefully better for his sake)?
When he’s traded, KD is next.

Simmons as a Blazer. Losing grit in Hart, Little and EBEC is a risk. If Simmons craters, Dame would be gone. By the trade deadline, trade Nurkic and EBEC?
