    We should have a damn tie breaker over both those teams.

    If it's only a 2-way tie, we would. But if 12 teams are all 3-1, then we're kinda screwed. Unless, as you say, we blow out the Rockets.

    They should have just done a tournament. I hate this cut down version of summer league.

    What's happening with the Utah and Golden State groups? If they are included Blazers will not be in the final.
    Sacramento has this thing locked and it looks like the Lakers will be 2nd?

    i swear this place is made up of a bunch of old dudes who don't want any change. if it were upto you guys, SL would still be this podunk production where we just got fourth hand reports about Qyntel Woods dominating. credit the league for trying to increase engagement, and it's working! can you ever imagine Lebron and Dame sitting front row at these games that are broadcast live on ESPN with commentators?

    A cup rewards the owner who gets to display it at the practice facility. Woohoo. Why not reward the players instead? The league makes enough money.

    They will make for cool personal and family items for when these guys are old. It's the same reason I have kept all of the old album reviews, and newspaper clippings and writeups for concerts. I can show my younger relatives someday.

    These rings are tacky, but who cares. They will bring cool memories later.
