    Shower at least 2 hours before and use talcum powder. Night before have everything ironed and laid out and ready to go.

    If you shower too close you may sweat way more.

    Mountain View. It's on the Hilo side of the Big Island. 20 minutes up the mountain from Hilo, 15 minutes 0r so below the entrance to the Volcanoes National Park.

    Sweet. We're going to the big island for christmas this year. My daughter is a big national parks fan, so was excited for volcanoes. They've been doing tons of research, but will hit you up for recommendations.

    Still a lot of debri in the water. Just going around Ross Island then up to Oregon City and back to Milwaukie. We were on the river at 7:10, want to get off before it gets to hot and busy.
