I think there was another guy with both of them, but they got split up. It sounded like Reinoehl left and they followed him, but split up looking for him. And that's when Reinoehl approached Jay. Jay's partner was there a few seconds after he went down. But again, this is pieced together as my interpretation of what happened from many different reports I read the following weeks/months. Jay's partner (Chandler Pappas) said Jay didn't have a gun, but they found a gun with 2 spare extended mags on him. Note: Chandler Pappas was sentenced to 13 months in prison for his role in Oregon Capitol riot.
Oh, I thought someone else was with Reinoehl hiding in the parking structure. Yeah, it's hard because all we have is scattered differing reports of what happened, a vague video of Reinoehl claiming self defense, which may or may not have been the case, and an unclear video of the shooting in question. The only witnesses alive are either likely not credible or won't come forward for fear of being killed themselves. Jay apparently had a holstered gun. Bear spray in his hand could have possibly been mistaken for a gun in the dark. Who knows? Crazy shit man.

DeSantas has not endeared himself to the general public since he follows the austere Republican guidelines these days. I especially hate that he wants College students to declare their party. I heard about that but correct me if I misunderstood. As long as that criminal, coup leader and swindler does not run, that will please me. I have a feeling Pence will be in the mix with DeSantis.

ESG stands for environmental, social, governance. One of these rather innocuous plans to make capitalism a bit more warm and fuzzy. Having worked in it, it's still capitalism but I would rather companies evaluate environmental impact than say fuck the planet.
To me, it's more about the ability of getting a loan (or not) simply based upon your ESG score. Seems potentially problematic.
