Nuggets rely heavily on someone who is prone to being exhausted running up and down the court. They live and die by Jokic and if he doesn’t perform at the MVP level he has the past two seasons then the Nuggets will definitely take a step back.

I honestly think Jokic will come back down to earth a bit this season, and that’s why I agree and think the Nuggets aren’t the NW favorites many people consider them to be.

Odds are MPJ will not be healthy. That is indisputable. Great offensive threat but that bad back of his is a killer.

If you have us at 40-42 or better then I don’t get how you think that the Nuggets and Wolves both finish ahead of us in the NW.

Actually break down the teams and the schedule and I think you will find that there’s plenty of reason to believe that Portland will exceed national expectations.

Jokic is in the best shape of his life. If he's exhausted, it's because he has to play too many minutes. Sound familiar.

Probably because one can't help it, and the other doesn't seem to care enough to change.

Because I relate more to being thin as a rail than being fat as a school bus.

'Cause you wag your tail every time you see her. @THE HCP wags something on his front-side every time he sees her.

    Prune is an Ornithologist.

I had to google it… But I told him he isn’t skinny, he’s just built like a common Gull.

I had to google both. I guess that “Binomial Nomenclature” means “scientific name” in layman’s terms. Where it is the Genus and Species.

When Larus is the genus and Canus is the species. Therefore it seems most gulls would be referred to as Larus

Just a few years ago it was reported that the Blazers had some interest in this guy.

Ironically, a few of us, myself included, asked how Chet is any different from Bol Bol once he experiences a similar and inevitable injury setback. That wasn't received well by Chet fans, because we all know you can't compare players across racial lines.
