That rule goes out the window in our society when fascism rears its ugly head. And your side is fascist. There are no longer 2 acceptable options. This is fact. Unless you WANT fascism.
no...it's not ok...let that sink in. Try to keep up....one party is hawking Civil War and it's your party...hold them accountable and protect democracy....there's no grey area anymore.
no...that's my shadow that's lapped you two thousand times.....you get a cardboard ribbon for trying. I'm not lobbying for people who want to destroy democracy....you are and have been for sometime now. Get woke Tucker!
Looks like the 20 felony voter fraud cases DeSantis announced with grey fanfare are going down the drain. But it doesn't matter if they are all acquitted. The fact that they were indicted will discourage others from registering to vote, which is the point.
Good idea getting pharmas from Canada? https://www.wesh.com/article/desantis-florida-lawsuit-fda/41042028 Gov. Ron DeSantis announces the state of Florida's lawsuit against FDA Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis held a news conference Wednesday in Polk County, where he announced that the state of Florida has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In Lakeland, he spoke on the prices of prescriptions, and the attempt to make them more affordable for Florida residents. DeSantis says the state filed to get drugs imported from Canada two years ago to make the cost of prescriptions cheaper, but he claims the FDA has been delayed over 630 days in approving the Canadian Prescription Drug Importation Program. According to DeSantis, the Agency for Health Care Administration submitted the plan to the FDA to import medications from Canada, and he says the AHCA is still waiting on approval. "It's hard to even meet with people of the FDA. Very dismissive, you know, very arrogant with how they've gone about this stuff, but our view is we need to keep pressing forward," DeSantis said at a news conference. “Today, we filed litigation to force the FDA to accept our medication importation proposal. This action will save Florida $150 million a year," Attorney General Ashley Moody said. "They have unlawfully and unreasonably delayed approval of Florida's program, and we think this violates federal law," DeSantis said. According to DeSantis, the lawsuit asks the judge to approve Florida's program and order the end of the FDA's delay. "The clock's been ticking. We have a right to know what the FDA has been doing the last two years," DeSantis said. The AHCA is working on price negotiation for medications that can't be imported due to ineligibility, according to DeSantis.
BTW, in case you weren't aware, Mark Cuban has started his own prescription drug company claiming huge cost savings: https://costplusdrugs.com/
