This dude. He's been really ballin so I'd imagine they could get a good return for him if another team can talk to him about a new contract.

    Yeah we had 15, 20, and 26.

So we could have drafted John Collins at 15, OG at 20 and Kuzma or Hart at 26.

Or Jarrett Allen, OG and Kuzma.

For all the shit Neil gets for the 2016 signings, that 2017 draft was so, so much worse.

I'd do that as a straight swap in a heartbeat. Sharpe is too young to help now. Dame needs help this season and next.
    Shaedon cannot give him that.

So you would want to trade a 19-year-old who has star "potential" for a role player. Yes, he is an extremely good role player that I would love to have, but he is still a role player. That IMO would be short-sided.

I'm genuinely curious if you've ever had a good take. I mean the answer is no, but I want to believe.

Nobody was talking to you, stop describing yourself, that's exactly what everyone thinks of you here. I scroll right by anything you say, just a wannabe John Canzano 2.0 that lives on this board and throwing his negative input into everything here like it matters

I didn’t really “put it” any particular way…. I just said to compare the stats of the two players at their age-22 and age-23 seasons. I otherwise offered very little, or “put it” any way…

I was so pissed. I wanted to trade the picks for a really good player. Not a raw 19 year old big man. It was such a horrible whiff.

Got us Collins and Swanigan while OG, Mitchell, Kuz, and Bam were all available. Unbelievable.

You can’t really compare those though. One of them is already in the NBA playing against NBA defenses and the other is playing at a small college in Utah. Simons is in his 5th season.

    Let's see:
Pascal Siakam was cheated out of an All-Star berth
OG Anunoby is worth a minimum of 3 first-rounders and a good young player
Gary Trent is averaging over 20 ppg
    Scottie Barnes is untouchable
The whole roster is young and improving...

...So why do they suck this year? @speeds ?

Trading them would’ve been a mistake too. As was said, we could’ve gotten Jarrett Allen, OG, AND Kuz with those picks. I’d take that over a trade of all 3 picks PLUS CJ for just Paul George,

No center. Also- their record doesn’t really reflect how good of a team they are. They’ve just had some bad luck. They should be at least .500.
