I think there will be less Bamba at the next game.

Nets have played well this season when healthy (they won 18 out of 20 at one point) and he has been a big reason why. He also won a title, hitting the biggest shot of the series. Give me that toxicity!!

If Lakers get Kyrie… do the Nuggets want to handle LeBron/AD/Kyrie in potentially the first round? Would be a great series.

Garza is adjusting quite well to the NBA. His jumper in particular has opened up his game, even with his lack of foot speed.

Letting him go in favor of Ibou :smack:

Any team that trades for Kyrie Irving deserves all headaches they’ll inevitably get because Kyrie is by far the most selfish and unreliable player in the history of team sports. Good luck.

Will Badji ever see the court?

If the playoffs started today, neither the Pelicans nor the Lakers even would make the play-in and the Blazers would enter with the longest winning streak in the West.

Someone finally beat up a Rivers. That’s cool on my book.

Badji did in some blowout. Less than a minute I think.

Maybe my least favorite Blazer ever. Thought he was amazing but sucked. Never seen a player that bad with an ego that big.

Not sure why Olshey loved acquiring guys who had no business getting drafted as high as they did and then flamed out in the league.

    Thomas Robinson’s, Jonny Flynn’s, Herzonja’s, Dennis Smith Jr’s, Noah Vonleh’s…

To be fair though I’ve always liked Smith Jr.

Did he? I don't think so.

Our other project big has gotten a minute or 2 or run in a couple of blowouts, but not Badji.

Correct, Badji has not played yet. He rarely even dresses for playing time.

definitely....BUT...it sure looks like Rivers was the culprit in this case. He actually went out of bounds deliberately and confronted the Orlando bench

Bamba pounding on Rivers makes me want him even more.

yeah, I'd like for the Blazers to drive Bamba around the block

compare him, statistically, to Myles Turner:

    upload_2023-2-3_21-50-9.png

Turner is a little better, mostly, but the gap is not that big. I think I'd rather have Bamba for 10M next year than Nurkic for 18M/year for the next 3 years

Kind of looks like Rivers went off the court at him? That has got to be a suspension for both?

A spectacular (not!) finish to the the Pacer-Kings game last night.
Neither team scored in the last 1:59 and the score remained at 107-104.

I am not seeing how the Lakers or the Mavs have good enough package for Kyrie. The Lakers have no young starting level talent. They have two, potentially astronomical picks, years from now. How is that a good offer? Sure a Westbrick expiring is useful but not in a longer term teardown to the studs situation. What young stars do the Mavs have? Dinwiddie?? BKN been there and done that. PHX has a better shot imho.
