If NOT making the playoffs is the goal….then YES it is a “win”.

No he’s talking about arguably the best PG or top 3 PG in the game going to Dallas. Man, Luka is liking this. He’s able to take some plays off finally.

I laugh every single time you show a lack of common sense.

And I have laughed A LOT.

Kyrie literally said he wanted to be traded. Lmao "make them Sellers" like at least pretend. Can't believe a theory like that was actually broached by some one lmao.

a number of teams were but most the hype was around two teams, not Dallas. Cuban was aggressive.

Tremendous offense, but very little defense. They may try to add something to that side by Thursday. Blazer fans can help Mav fans out with how amazing offense with no D works out.

    And you praised balmer.

Who are you going to be a fan of next? You're running out of teams.

When we're just talking about ball. Yeah, Kyrie is one of the best players in the league. I think him and Dame are at a very similar level of play. That being said, he's a hard teammate for people to count on. He both has drama away from the game and has a history of having a hard time with teammates. As I said earlier I think he is a disruptive presence on a roster. So the talent and skill level is undeniable but do the Mavs have the kind of guys to get the most out of Kyrie. LeBron did but LeBron is one of the greatest leaders in the history of the game.

I knew who @Cugel was talking about and I disagreed. Due to the baggage that Kyrie has I think two starting players, an unprotected first round pick and two second rounders was an overpay, not because Kyrie isn't worth that when he's playing his best and not having drama, just because he hasn't seemed to be able to stay away from the drama and by drama I mean things that take him off the court or cause real problems between him and teammates.

I just want to make sure I have this, the Nets trade a week before the deadline and it is a great trade. Joe does it last year and he is a idiot for not waiting and getting a better deal. Do I have that right?

Oh I didn’t say it was a good trade or if it will work or not, I’m just saying they now have 2 of the best 5 guards in the league playing together.

    Curry

    Morant
    SGA

    Harden
    Haliburton
    Jrue
    Fox
    Young

Kyrie? maybe top-5, but maybe not, as long as you don't count Doncic as a PG. But he has more baggage than any of them, and his main talent might be disruption of teams with his selfish ignorant bullshit

ok then, now it's the top-5 of all guards. You might want to go top-10 instead of top-5

    Curry
    Dame
    Morant
    SGA
    Jalen Brown
    Donovan Mitchell
    Devin Booker

Nope just talking talent….not measuring hate towards a player. Just acknowledging the talent level. So you’re saying he’s the 10th best PG?
