"The way Joe Biden used extreme MAGA Republicans against the rest of Republicans to force them ALL to agree with him was one of the slickest political slights of hand I've EVER seen. This is a masterclass," tweeted lawyer Exavier Pope. ... Grant Stern, executive editor of political organization Occupy Democrats, wrote: "Dark Brandon gets Republicans to cheerily promise not to cut Social Security and Medicare live during the #SOTU speech!" ... Praise for Biden was not confined to Democrats, with former President Donald Trump offering an unusually positive assessment of the speech on his Truth Social platform despite earlier criticizing Biden's address. "Look, he worked hard tonight ... you've got to give him credit for trying," Trump wrote. "I disagree with him on most of his policies, but he put into words what he felt, and he ended up the evening far stronger than he began." "Give him credit for that," the former president continued. "Many things weren't mentioned that should have been, but that's for another time."
I just don't see how he can run at 82 in 2024? He doesn't need this shit he should retire and enjoy his family. Its a job for a young experienced person, in my mind.
Right? Why run that old? Same for Trump? Retire, enjoy the time you have left. Why are so many politicians bent on dying of old age in office.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders actually said it's a choice not between right and left but between normal and crazy. Her definition of normal includes Trump, George Santos, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar who spoke at a literal Nazi rally, white supremacist Nick Fuentes, Hitler admirer Kanye West, and Alex Jones. And freedom, which she repeated about 400 times, means freedom to ban books, outlaw being trans, force pregnancy and end marriage equality.
Biden lies to us as often as Trump did. Anyone who believes a word Biden says, is as big of a fool as anyone who believes a word Trump says. Period.
I'm sure Biden doesn't alway speak the whole truth and like most all politicians, he sometimes speaks in half-truths in order to make a point (see the SOTU address in the link below), but to try to somehow draw a parallel of honesty between Biden to Trump, is way off the mark...apples and oranges https://www.factcheck.org/2023/02/factchecking-the-state-of-the-union-4/
Exactly. Ratt posts a ton of generalities but ask for specifics, silence. I am not in love with Biden, he was maybe my 6th choice, but he is fundamentally a decent person. Comparing him to Trump isn't apples and oranges, more like apples a bit mushy and toxic waste.
So, I should believe people who have shoved their heads that far up Biden's ass... Not likely. Neither a Trump supporter nor a Biden supporter care how fucking corrupt their candidate is. As biased as they are, Why should I even listen to a word either of their supporters say?
So @Road Ratt, if someone asks you to justify your own statements, we have our heads up Biden's ass and you need not listen to us. If you can't back up what you say, why should anyone listen to you?
Biden’s Populist Speech Can’t Cover Up Capitalist Crisis https://popularresistance.org/bidens-populist-speech-cant-cover-up-capitalist-crisis/ The truth of the matter is, Biden lied to us in his speech. America is in way worse shape than this lying piece of shit will ever admit.
Still waiting for @Road Ratt to give a specific example of lies in SOTU. Asking for the third time. Gotten insults and repetition. If you can't back up what you say, I have no reason to consider it credible.
Biden is not nearly as bad as Trump. Biden is still steering the wrong way. But Trump was rigging it with C4.
Same here, Joe is/was never "my guy" so when I voted for him it was not so much a vote for Biden, but instead as I saw it, a vote against Trump.
Trump lied over 30,000 times while in office. https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...isleading-claims-total-30573-over-four-years/ Biden lied in the dozens by his first year. If he keeps it up, he may break 100 lies by his 4th year. https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/20/politics/fact-check-biden-false-claims-first-year-2021/index.html
If you’re not able to determine the difference, then I don’t know what to tell ya. Biden and Trump are about as different as humanly possible.
Biden and Trump have both long suffered from a speech impediment...but Biden's is clinical in nature, while Trump's is pathological.
