Once again shows how pathetic he is, cannot even give credit where credit is due. Mika trade was Gorton, maybe best trade in Rangers history. Nash trade was a steal. Lightning fast "rebuild". But he doesn't like Gorton, so let's pretend what happened didn't or somebody else did it.

You are so pathetic and a joke and don't even realize it - that's what makes it funny.

That is great...it really is. Not Chuck, but I don't suck off anybody, I just call them like it is. I don't have an anti-Rangers agenda like you do. You know, fire Gallant 2 months into the job, Rangers will miss the playoffs your wisdom created yesterday, Rangers are the Titanic. On and on. Really good stuff,

If actually did some research Sather was a huge fan of Zibanejad going back to the world junior championships. Of course you wouldn’t know that because you’re a fucking retard.

Plus, if you weren’t a complete fucking imbecile, you would know back then Sather was completely running the show. Gorton was just a pawn

Wow - okay so Sather was a huge Mika fan according to you, he didn't trade for him, Gorton did trade for him in an epic steal, and Sather gets the credit because he was a huge Mika fan. Oh and of course a year on the job Sather was telling Gorton what to do. Good move = Sather, bad move = Gorton. I know how you work.

I give you credit man, you are wrong all the time, I mean ALL the time, and yet you find a way to never acknowledge it. Wrong again on Sather/Mika trade, but now it really is Sather getting credit because he was fan.

You truly are gold brother. The gift that keeps giving. You should do a one man show.

That 2011 draft was STACKED with talent. Amazing all those first round picks that have had great careers so far.

Its nice to get those players when they're in their prime and motivated. Kane is not a good two-way player at this point. Looks good on paper though.

Put me in the "Kane doesn't fit what this team needs" camp. Very talented and accomplished player and certainly the best player the Rangers would have a chance to acquire only because most teams know better than to trade away a tough C with strong defensive skills who is also a legitimate scoring threat/playmaker.

His 10 points, and 7 goals in the last 4 games may tell a different story. Also his 92 points in 78 games last season may as well.

Time will tell though. I think he is still a stud, and to make a few moves over a few games to accrue more cap space is well worth it IMO.

I won't say you guys are crazy, I am also a little concerned about the Rangers against bigger teams pounding them. But when a guy I think is a stud still is pretty much begging you to trade for him for very little return, you have to do it.

Not sure which teams have better forwards 1-12 than the Rangers. With a Vezina winning goalie, that should go a long way.

The New York Rangers want to bring in Patrick Kane as soon as possible. According to multiple reports, defenseman Braden Schneider and forward Ryan Carpenter are not expected to take a shift in today’s game versus the Los Angeles Kings.

Per PuckPedia, by not playing either player and risking injury, and sending Schneider down to the Wolf Pack (paper transaction) on Monday and Tuesday, it will accrue enough cap space to finalize the Patrick Kane deal by Wednesday.

Kane will give them some more shiftiness with the puck which they lack a little bit overall besides AP and Fox. On top of the other things he brings.

He’s also an amazing playoff player and always has been. Plus, he’s one of the few players that can play with that dipshit Panarin lol.

Nice rebound win after that bump in the road. The rebuild is over, Drury has to make a move for Kane to go for the Cup now. After last season apparently took some of the regulars here by surprise (should have been a pleasant surprise but nope) the complaint box remains full of the same negative nonsense.

Every team gives up odd man chances but when it happens to the Rangers heads have to roll. In reality the Rangers defense is 11th in the NHL in goals allowed per game even with an inconsistent Igor and 7th in the NHL in shots allowed per game - hardly awful but when you accentuate the negative the sky is falling. They're also 7 t in the NHL in hitting with the Captain leading the way and the only NHL player with more than 160 hits and 100 shots. So much for Rangers fans who've been starving for success to be excited about after last year's surprising run and now after a shaky start they're still within reach of Carolina and NJ who had ridiculous streaks in the beginning of the season. If the Rangers were scrapping for a wildcard spot the negativity might be warranted but the Rangers are winning, there should be a lot less whining.
