    they had 16 straight years in the lottery; Since 2009 they've had 13 top-10 picks. That's right, 13 top-10 picks in 13 years. 6 of those picks were top-5 and 3 other picks were 6 or 7. Portland hasn't had a t0p-6 pick since they drafted Dame in 2012, or a top-10 pick since CJ in 2013, until Sharpe last draft

    it isn't a question of being surprised the Kings "lapped" Portland, the question is what took them so fucking long
