Man, I don't know. One game doesn't mean shit. I didn't look at the boxscore, but Klay sure didn't look good tonight. On the other hand, AD can't keep that pace up. I think I said LA in 6 above. Total guess on my part. The game every other day format is going to take a toll on the Lakers for sure.

I think it will take just as big of a toll on Steph, Klay and Dray. Besides LeBron and AD who are admittedly a huge part of the Lakers, everyone else should be good to go 48 minutes every other night if necessary.

    Lakers in 5.

When you have said you will not watch the games because of the teams involved and then decide to make a statement from simply reading a box score this kind of thing happens.

Playing with that kind of intensity for as many minutes as they are pushing depth will come to play. Experience here is going to count big time and both teams have plenty of it.

Historically the Lakers can suck it. But, my recency bias has me basically rooting for the Warriors to lose every series that they play. I hate that I'm wanting the Lakers to beat Golden State, but that is the case. Once the Warriors are out of the playoffs, my focus will shift towards the Lakers losing. Haha.

In the meantime I will just watch a great series of basketball and be entertained.

It’s wild. They were flat awful with Westbrook. They trade him and they go from no play in to a near favorite to win it all.

wow...GS shot 53 three pointers at 39% and lost. FOUL descrepency big time. The Lakers know if they take the ball inside aggressivly the warriors will foul. They have those active slapping/hacking hands and the refs were on it.
If the warriors rely strictly on 3 pointers they are toast in this series.

See I'm not sure. They are such great shooters from outside, I think they can turn it around. LA is tough in the paint, so they BETTER start hitting.

Just looked at the boxscore. The Warriors shot 40% from 3.....sure as hell didn't feel like that.

You don't have to. Just wish whatever team wins gets smoked the next round. We don't cheer for the W*rriors or the L*kers.

Do you have a mouse in your pocket? I'm a Blazers fan and I cheer for whoever I want to. I swear that the supposed Lakers rivalry that Blazers fans perceive is kind of pathetic. I don' think any Lakers fans see the Blazers as a rival. I don't think they hate us. I think we're just another team to them. So all of the Lakers hate is just sad. I don't love the Lakers, I do like LeBron a lot which somehow and some way is going against the vast majority in here even though I don't remember LeBron ever knocking us off and the guy has been a stand up superstar his entire career.

Anyway, I'm rooting for the Lakers to win it all and I'm not a Lakers fan and I don't think any of that has anything to do with my Blazers fandom.

Baseball season is on. Unless the blazers are playing the playoffs mean nothing. The better sport is going until October, I'm good. :)

If you're a blazer fan you don't cheer for the l*kers. It's a moral imperative.

Wiggins didn't give them much other than some O rebounds in the 4th.
GS has always been get your hands in their defense by poking, stabbing, slapping the ball, the Lakers are one of the best in the league at getting to the FT line. That was the Warriors demise in game 1.

Wow! That was sheer dominance. That being said, the Sixers still stole home court, so we'll see if what the Celtics found tonight carries over going forward.

Glad I missed it. Much better things were happening, like not watching it.
