So wait, is the YT channel going to be changing or less updates? Sorry I haven't been following the journey closely (But still cheering you and HJ from afar).

    Regardless, get the bag bro!

Draymond loves his teammates and playing for GS I can’t see him wanting to leave. Only way he doesn’t sign with them is if they don’t want him and Dunleavy has already said they want him back. Draymond would probably like to play with Dame but that doesn’t override his desire to finish his career with Curry and Klay

I'm not ignoring any reasons for why a trade may not have happened. I'm quickly dismising the idea a call was never made to even discuss a trade.

Also, I haven't seen a report from a legit source that the Blazers didn't want Siakam or Brown because of money. There were reports about Siakam not being willing to sign an extension with any team that traded for them.

Jackson writes for one of the Miami papers. I'm a Dolphins fan, so I'm familiar with him. Take his stuff with a grain of salt.

Just my fanboys circle jerking about how much they love me. Best part is that I have both of them on ignore. Sheed30 has like 400 posts and I bet half of them are him hating on me. It’s nice to know I have admirers.

Probably because they also wanted Shaedon and Ant. Trying to fleece the Blazers again. Glad Cronin didn't go for it this time.

    Very possible.

And if there was a call for older, injury prone PG13 making $45m, then there almost certainly was a call for Jaylen Brown to gauge interest.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is frustrated by this, but how many other teams aren't having to give up lotto picks (both of whom could be top 3 in any year in the last 5 years probably) to get superstars?

KD wasn't traded for a top 3 and 7 pick. Nor was Harden. Or Beal.

Why should Portland be the team who trades *two* of them + a player for a player that is not equal to any of the above players??

    LOL!!!!

    Soft as pudding filled cupcakes…

Its unfortunate you ignore those who try to provide some advice on how to make this place better.

might as well change the title of this site to “Nates S2 site”… with a motto of…”if you want to be a part of the community, you must endure a nate post every third post because he cares less about how he annoys others and has to impose his opinion on everyone all day every day….”

Shows just how selfish one truly is….

This is what happens when teams think they have you over a barrel.

Part of the problem with the Lillard saga has to do with the current mentality of the basketball media (it's actually existed since at least Oden and Durant). There is simply a view that a superstar playing in a small market is like a tree falling in forest with no one around to hear it. Remember the lamentations about Oden and Durant playing in the Northwest where it was too late to stay up to watch them play? Yet that has never been a complaint with any L*ker or Warrior. Just silly.

Guys like Lillard and Antetokounmpo must drive them crazy.

I wonder why they keep saying "free agency" instead of the off-season. Is it just short-hand? Does anybody really believe the Blazers can leverage themselves into a S&T?

the actual free agency period is over pretty fast. In fact, most of it happens during the moratorium. When that's effectively over, and if Dame hasn't demanded a trade yet, what will be the new location of the goal posts these bloviators keep moving?

Did the same with Dwight in Orlando, Melo in Denver, AD &CP in New Orleans, Deron in Utah, PG in Indy, etc etc etc. Giannis is the only one who shut them up.

I think they mean the one to two week blitz after the draft to be honest. I think "free agency" actually means the moratorium in this context. I mean Joe even said that there was a two week window in his post draft presser.

I think the idea is if Joe doesn't have shit in place by the time all of the "big names" come off of the board, which is usually the day the moratorium ends, that he won't be getting his shit together. So I would expect that by the time SL starts that Joe will either have a better roster around Dame or there will be more Dame drama and maybe for the last time.
