When Miami sucks nxt year (weird to say of a team who was just in the Finals), Bam will be a Blazer after the trade deadline. The pre draft rumors had a hint of truth to it.

Yeah, I think it does well to express your opinion and move on unless someone is open to debating it. If one is just continuously restating their opinion over and over, they are metaphorically banging their head against the wall. If one has stated their opinion and provided reasoning and evidence for it, there should be no need to continue repeating it.

Your analogy is a little rough, but yeah, if people aren't listening or don't want to, you can't make them. If one frames an opinion and another replies with disagreement, continuing to restate the same opinion over and over won't likely make them accept it. Instead it's more likely just to lead to arguing and insults.

It's natural when your opinion is rejected, especially with a brief response that offers no reasoning, there is an innate desire to know why. We seem to have trained ourselves to respond with sententious replies. We understand why we disagree, but often we rejoin with impulse rather than explanation. We, say, "no" or "that's stupid" and we move on. It's laziness and a lack of patience, and we have to retrain ourselves to offer reasoning.

Moving future picks seems very reckless with Dame on the verge of demanding a trade.

The Blazers also can't simply just trade the pick for the upcoming draft unless they also do another deal with Chicago. But if they enter an extended rebuild its possible they never convey that pick to Chicago so its silly to give up value now to eliminate a debt which they might never be liable for.

The #3 and #23 were the two picks to give up in a trade... now that time has passed. If the Blazers are adding a legit all-NBA star with Dame ok maybe we look into giving up some picks. But just getting a forward that is around an average NBA starter quality as well as shipping out Ant and or Nurk? The resulting team is not close to contending. So it would be stupid to have a significant amount of the Blazers future draft picks being sent elsewhere.

Cronin said they measured scoot 6 feet 2 and one half inches without shoes, so 6 feel 3 and one half inches with, add Dame's height-increasing Move Insoles, round it up, there's your 6'4"

I mean, your attempts at reach-arounds makes me a bit nervous, for sure…

I'm not going to change my personality for you. I enjoy posting about the Blazers. This is who I am. If you don't like my personality.... sorry. I'm 41 years old. I'm not changing who I am. Other people repeatedly post the same shit over and over. It just doesn't bother you because you agree with them.

You can put me on ignore and guess what... I no longer appear in your feed to bother you.

You hate me, and I have had you on my ignore list for years. Any time I click "show messages" it's you bashing on me. You are one of the most toxic people on this board. You have less than 300 posts and I bet more than half are you bashing on me. It's hilarious and sad.

I've read that his wingspan is 6' 9". I'd like to know what Cronin said.
