    Coach basically said that roster guys and rookies will get the priority minutes (for obvious reasons).

    "Yeah we'll see when we get to Vegas we still got a couple more days um so you know I think our roster guys will probably get the first crack in it, draft picks, but um but we have a lot of our guys playing so it's gonna be a challenge you know that I face and obviously what Joe and Chauncey want to see out there
    um but you know I think you can obviously see first couple of games expect to see Scoot and Shay out there a lot and kind of go from there."

    Am I alone in thinking, now that we're trading Dame, that I don't want Scoot or Shae participating? At least in the games?

    Development is great and all, but it would suck to lose one of those guys to an injury in completely meaningless games...

    Lots Of guys that haven't played together yet. Who know who stays and who plays when, who play well with whom.
    Need as many games as possible before the regular season.

    Don't get me wrong, I'll still watch and am excited to see Scoot. I just think our franchise is basically now in their hands. If something is going to happen, at least let it happen in an in-season game. Just squeamish about that, I guess...

    the Blazer reporters were asking Shaedon how he felt being a veteran player in Portland. Questions like he's no longer a rookie, is he ready to be the leader.

    it didn't quite compute, Shaedon can't even buy beer yet. Sharpe just said he works out at the gym a lot.

    I like that both Shaedon and Scoot said they either don't have social media or don't pay attention to it. Good for them! Mostly garbage, only fans and cryptic tweets.

    OKC Thunder announce NBA’s most interesting Summer League roster

    The Oklahoma City Thunder will send Chet Holmgren, Jalen Williams, Tre Mann, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, Jaylin Williams, Ousmane Dieng, and Keyontae Johnson to Salt Lake City, including a few former NBAers Zhaire Smith, Jahmi’us Ramsey (who spent the last few seasons with the OKC Blue), and Jared Butler (who played for the OKC Thunder a year ago but is currently a free agent). Eventually, this roster will add 10th overall pick Cason Wallace once it shifts to Vegas. Wallace can not be included on the Salt Lake City edition of the Summer squad due to the trade with the Dallas Mavericks not being official until July 6th. Wallace’s Summer League debut? July 8th against…the Dallas Mavericks.
