Jovic is really pushing the pace when he gets the ball.

Keegan Murray is looking great shooting the 3-ball. I hope his brother can do that for us.

Badji with the effortless left-handed dunk. Nice to see him finish with the off hand so easily.

Love seeing Sharpe with the floater. If he masters that along with all his other shots he will be extremely difficult to stop.

Totally. Great shot for him to develop. Old CJ has a mean mean floater.

    Me too.

I am watching the game between G league ignite and metropolitans 92 on YouTube.

Scoot is so fast. He has no trouble catching passes and playing off the ball.

it looks like he's going have a lot more versatility as an off the ball scorer than CJ McCollum, or Anfernee Simons. Defenses can't keep up with him.

    He's a 2 - 4, not a 5, according to him.

Summer League is fun to watch, but making projections off of the play during Vegas is not accurate. I expect our team to be very entertaining, however.

I agree to an extent. For example, Brandon Miller only got 4 shots off yesterday. That's not his fault. That's a bunch of shitty scrub guards who don't pass the ball. It's historically very hard for big men to do anything in summer league because they don't get the ball.

But I think you can watch how they defend, you can watch to see how they read the defense and pass the ball, you can watch if their moves on offense are successful. If a guy can't get past dudes in summer league, it's unlikely those same moves are going to work against starters in the NBA. Keegan Murray was clearly the best player on the floor yesterday. Head and shoulders better than anyone else. Jovic has a really nice shot, and I like how he reads the floor, but when he tries to drive he just really doesn't have the speed or size to impose his will. He also doesn't sniff rebounds because he just floats around the three point line. I don't think that will change.
