I'm pretty sure the whole Lillard thing is pretty much exactly what you are saying. The one thing that has me curious is Chauncey Billups. He has been so quiet. When he does speak he says nothing at all of substance. I wonder if he is one the reasons they went this route as well. I would like to know what his feelings here on this whole situation are? Does he want Lillard back? Does he really want his own team that he created? How long will the fan base stick with him while being a lottery team? Will they spend 4 years as a lotto team building assets just to have the team fire Billups and have a "Steve Kerr" type hire in year 5 then turn the corner and become a legitimate team again?
