I didn't realized Kuminga is only 21 years old as of October 6th, so he's still 20 years old now. Wow.
Can someone help me out on this love for Kuminga? What exactly is it about him that causes people to see him as an acceptable centerpiece for a Holiday deal? Just his youth and size? I haven't seen any indication yet that he's actually good at NBA basketball. (remember, I know nothing about the game)
Red is Team Option and Green is Qualifying Offer. So the Blazers would have Kuminga for a couple seasons on the cheap to see how he fits.
It would be pretty funny if they traded us CP3 and then we had another round where we traded for a point guard who we immediately traded.
I don't really get it either. I'm worried of taking on any Warriors player because of how their system elevates a lot of the players abilities to a level we can't duplicate. I also don't get why people think teams like the Spurs/Thunder would want to take on some super old PG.
It seems point #4 is the salient one here. We need to deal with Chicago to eliminate the possibility of losing the 2028 swap.
Not sure what Brogdon's value is, but one pick and a young player, plus some filler, doesn't seem like a bad trade.
It wouldn't even need to be said. Jrue will not get 39M in free agency next off-season. So he'll either and most likely opt in for next season or sign an extension that gives him more money over more years. Not one team has to worry about Jrue being a one season rental. All of that dude's lame offers for him were predicated on him being an upcoming free agent. Shitty video.
I would have said the same thing until I saw Fred VanVleet get $40 million this off season. Crazier things have happened with the rising cap.
Celtics draft capital: - all of their firsts in 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30 - 2024 from GS (top 4 protected) I'd want at least that GS pick plus at least one other from Boston unprotected. That said, I dont see any of these being better than 25th overall. It looks nice and all, but when you dig in, they dont have much value.
