Bucks crowd is feisty & vibrant. I think it's a great place for Lillard to thrive. The golf claps until 8 minutes left ..... Blazer fans just haven't been excited about games in the last few years. Losing kills the crowd. Blazer fans didn't know which opponent was gonna flatten the Blazers in crunchtime. Milwaukee gets LOUD !!

so many great moments, it's hard to count all of them. Just an amazing player and for me the greatest Trail Blazer of all time. Thank you for everything Dame Dolla. Now go get a ring or two in Milwaukee and hopefully you come back for one last season to retire as a Blazer

I enjoyed his time in Portland. Thanks for that.

I did not enjoy this summer, but it is over and done for. However, as a last show of my respect, I will from now on refer to him using the nickname that he seemed to like "Miami Heat legend, Dame Lillard".

Thanks for all the great moments Dame. Appreciate the era you brought to Portland. So many buzzer beaters and crazy shots. 70 point game. Amazing is the only word that comes to mind. Tough seeing you go, but excited for the future with these new young kids.

Thanks Dame, you fought hard for a long time, got messy in the leaving but you got your shot at a ring now and I hope you get it. With Olshey frittering away your best years here that was a bummer. Was a long summer, but best of luck with Giannis and stay humble.

I am sorry Neil Olshey was the GM. Everyone and their brother knew Dame needed a near-star or star-level 2-way player after Aldridge left.

What was the closest Olshey got? Aminu? Zach Collins? Nurkic?

Olshey should never have lost Aldridge for nothing.

Never should have held onto CJ to keep starting in the back court with Dame, never should have gone on a few spending sprees for guys who weren't even starting level players on other teams, Olshey fucking sucked.

Olshey should have been fired in July, 2016

He delivered the most iconic moments in my lifetime as a Blazer fan. Stone cold assassin on the court and a model citizen of the court. The man represented our city and state better than any other pro athlete I can think of and put down roots here.

The end felt hypocritical and sad but I will always remember him fondly and will cheer for him to get a title if we’re not in the finals. I wish him well and hope he can retire a Blazer some day.

Dame, I think I have every bobblehead they made for you. Three different Jerseys and have been a season ticket holder since your third year. You sold me. I will always have basketball love for you. I hope you get a couple rings with Giannis and them come back here to retire.

Just one thing, you kinda did the tram dirty, letting your agent pop off. Please fire him so, us as fans can maintain that true love and respect we all grew for you. Show us you werent the puppetmaster behind the single team demand that hampered Cronin so fiercely.

I will never boo you, but to get my cheers, this must be done.

    Siincerely,
one of many, many, loyal fans who feels a bit stung.

Even as someone who's made peace with this decision months ago, this still made me cry. He was willing to come back too. Fuck.

Obvious omission in the thank you message.
