https://x.com/trailblazers/status/1707809069044740579?s=61&t=Jx6PD30s90F0eRLalfm9Gw Sorry guys, don’t know how to post links from “X” on here.
It's always cool to see the new guys genuinely excited to be a part of the franchise. If Ayton can recapture that joy of playing basketball, that's a game changer.
Replace X in the URL with twitter, and delete everything from the question mark and after So instead of x.com/trailblazers/status/1707809069044740579?s=61&t=Jx6PD30s90F0eRLalfm9Gw Just post twitter.com/trailblazers/status/1707809069044740579 (with the https:// in front of it).
Good to see the enthusiasm. I also like this thread a million times better than all the whingey ones.
If Ayton wants to he can be dominant in the low post on both ends and still get his elbow jumper going. Since the form on that elbow jumper is so nice, he could easily extend his range to three point territory, especially corner threes and the dude has the foot speed to cover switches on the perimeter and get back to protect the paint on defense. I hope we feed him the ball on offense, doesn't have to be our first option but just get him more than 15 shots per game making sure to involve him at all times not just in one half and his entire game will open up.
When was the last time this was actually possible? Maybe with one of Roy's teams or a few years earlier with Miles?
Yeah, and in the moment, that was cool too... of course, as you seem to imply, it didn't make him a good basketball player. Fortunately from a talent point, Ayton is twice the talent and lateral athlete than Hassan.
You forgot to remove the stuff from the question mark and after (colored blue above). Try, try again...
