I would like another front court starter level player. Caruso has immediate value as well. Possibly Phoenix if they can't get TJ. Would have to be a 3 way.
Boston can only mean Brogdon and Williams and picks. That is all I can think of. Brogdon is 230 lbs so he could play some SF. But they would probably flip him too. He is the reigning 6th man of the year. A backup center and 2 picks plus what we get for Brogdon would not be bad.
I just don't see why the Bulls do that. They're not going to become a contender and they need to get younger, not older.
No, he can not come of the bench. He is our future and hopefully he becomes a superstar. He has to start at point from day one. All the great stars in this league have been starters from the beginning. Dame was the starting Point Guard from his 1st game. Same has to happen with Scoot
I've heard that several times on here, but he was guarding PG's at times last year. Partly because of Ant & Dame's inabilities, but he did a good job when he was assigned a PG. Even when it meant a big size disadvantage for Portland because of who Dame and Ant would then have to guard.
I'd do this with the Blazers getting one less 1st round pick. I'd consider it with the Blazers only getting their pick back.
This could go on forever. Then we would have to flip the Clipper players....and I don't think we can until the deadline when teams are desperate.
I remember seeing stats that he wasn't a good defender when playing the 3. I'm interested in trying it, but the stats were pretty convincing. Though I don't remember where the stats were. Either way, I don't think it'll hurt Grant's trade value to try it. So definitely worth a shot.
What would you suggest the Clips would offer for Brogdon? Perhaps the modified version of Nico/Roco/pick?
