Man Houston has a ridiculous amount of young talent at the forward position. I just saw Cam Whitemore two-hand jam with ease. Weren't he knees supposed to be toast and that's why he fell? Coulda fooled me! We need to target one of the innumerable wing/forwards that Houston has for Ant.
Houston, Brooklyn and Toronto all have 7 or 8 forwards who legitimately should get minutes. Not just forwards on their roster, but talented contributors that I think could be impact guys very soon for Portland. I'm even hoping Ayton is traded, when his value peaks, because of his inconsistent effort in the past. I think he's gonna be unhappy with his role in the offense, unless he somehow becomes the #1 option. I want an unselfish, rim-protecting, rebounder that has good mobility. Claxton exemplifies that for me. I think a guy destined to be a very good two-way center that will do all those things is Christian Koloko.
