So pretty much your entire position is based on feelings or an opinion.
My only response to that is Grant has showed us he is a professional. He has played and worked hard since being here. He has shown he can make a clutch shot. He has not created any drama to speak of other than dating a Kardashian from what I've read? He obviously wants to win because he plays that way.
My opinion differs from yours on this and that is just fine. I am willing to see how things work out. If it turns out best to trade him I'm fine with that as well.

Scoot is gonna make Grant look better.

Scoot is gonna make Ayton look better.

Scoot is gonna make Simons look better.

Scoot already has made Thybulle look better.

Well I think the precedent part should help a bit and will now in the future right? For DECADES not all the preseason games if ANY have been aired......DECADES! And not JUST the Blazers, teams across the league. So this should NOT have been a surprise. And guess what, now you know what to expect for NEXT preseason and nobody should be upset.
Kinda like expecting to win 55 games a season......when you EXPECT that and it DOESN'T happen guess what, you're all freaked out. But if you are realistic with your expectations and plan on 40 wins and a 1st round exit from the playoffs and it HAPPENS.....no big right.

So put on your calendar RIGHT NOW for October 2024.....only 3 of the 5 preseason games will be aired. See how easy that is to not get all worked up over something you have NO control over? You have 52 weeks to prepare. #RipCity

EXACTLY! You can count on it for next time! Be prepared for folks to be in their feelings about it next time, too, HCP.

In 2023 you can watch pickleball on ESPN+, high school girls softball, and even crazier, the Wizards (!) playing an exhibition game against Cairns, in glorious HD. No one is faulting you, or your awesome team, and all the work you do.

Sincerely, it's not on Blazers fans to care about the complexity of things like carriage rights, or the nuance of preseason broadcast budgets. They just want to watch their team. Simple.

If you want to make it about fans being too demanding, or complaining about every little thing, or not appreciating the work and sweat that it takes to make an entertaining broadcast package—you're absolutely within your right to. But (but), I think you're maybe conflating the two things here.

At the end of the day, fans are gonna want to watch their team, even if it means it's on a dizzying iphone stream, or an in-arena feed on NBALP, or some strange scouting feed rerouted through New Zealand. It's as predictable as a Jusuf Nurkic layup (okay—bad example).

Might be difficult. I'm guessing his efficiency might drop with Lillard gone.

    Huh?

Camara is built like a football player. Rupert still has room to add muscle, sort of like a taller Stacy Augmon. Murray does not look chiseled like Camara or like the rubber band Rupert.

How many pounds would you like him to add. Asking for a friend.

I haven't seen anything out of Murray that impresses me. It's still early, but I don't see Keegan's abilities or know how in his brother.

It’s just one of the only streaming services that carries Root..that and the DirectTV one. I have YouTubeTV most of the year cause I prefer the interface, but for Blazers season I pause it and switch to Fubo. It sucks but I gotta watch the games

Scoot doesn't really remind me of Russell Westbrook, which has been a comparison I've seen alot. Granted, I haven't seen a lot of Scoot Henderson, but he reminds me more of Rod Strickland with more explosiveness. He looks like he's going to be a 10+ assist type of PG, collapse the defense and find the open man....

I can definitely see that in style of movement and how he plays. Strickland with a [much] more vibrant personality and above-the-rim finishing ability sounds pretty good!

They played well with him on the floor He was a + 18 in 18 minutes and had 5 rebounds and an assist.
Having said that the other 220 lb rookie looked better. But he does have a sweet-looking 3pt shot.

The part that concerns me is that he's 23 but he doesn't look ready to contribute. Camara plays like a guy who's 23. They're rookies, but he has confidence and he has a polished game. Murray is just kind of..... there? I forget that he's even on the court half the time.
