I'm still in shell-shock about what Penix did to the Duck D last season; and that was in Autzen. If the Ducks can't get consistent pressure on Penix, and I doubt they can, he'll carve them up again ********************************************** any by the way, LOL at Deion and Colorado!
The line has moved to -3.5 Huskies. Which almost unanimously means that the sharp bettors who are successful and put down the most money are betting big on Washington. I hope they lose lots of money.
Basically any sports bar you’re going to find an abundance of Ducks fans. There’s a sports bar on 185th and West Union in Bethany that I’ve been to before that I liked.
I’m about to pour a whiskey/eggnog for this epic thriller! Got some bacon wrapped cream cheese filled jalapeños on the smoker. How are you guys going to enjoy the game?
Lanning is lining up a defense that will make the Ducks fit right in with the traditional Big10 powers.
I don't think it was a dirty hit, but not having Nix cost us that game. If he's healthy the Ducks would have won. That doesn't mean Ducks get a win today, though. It'll be tough.
Tosh Lupoi can recruit at the highest level; that's a given. And so can DLine coach Tony Tuioti for that matter the elephant in the room is can Tosh be a great DC? There are legitimate questions about that after last year's defensive failures. We'll get some answers today
I think Lanning has more of a hand in the defensive schemes and play calls than is lead to believe. During the Texas Tech game I saw Lanning in some animated conversations with Lupoi on the sidelines where it looked to me like Lupoi was trying to explain himself. Lupoi is a great recruiter. I remember when he was Cal and UW he used to get recruits over Oregon that they had no business getting.
