Kansas City is in two states....Sioux City Iowa is in 3 different states...at one time Sioux City had 3 different drinking ages according to where you were in the city...S. Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa all had different drinking ages and all were part of Sioux City's map...you could literally drink in one bar and not be allowed to drink in a bar across the street that was in another state\.
