Because what is being proposed is the opposite of judicial reform. It is intended to make judiciary less fair, less responsive. To make the entire judicial system a weapon for one person, Trump. To be sure he is never held accountable for his crimes. To repress anyone who opposed him, for example, they are talking about jailing journalists who criticize Trump. Just like Putin does. To jail political opponents. Like Putin. See a pattern here?

No, you aren't obligated to respond to anything. But like most, I give respect to those who can admit mistakes instead of dismissing them with silence. Very few around here are seemingly capable of doing so it seems. We all have lives. And we all choose what we respond to. When I'm asked a question for clarity, I will respond out of respect, not ignore and then claim I have a life as a reason for not responding to a mistake I was made aware of...But I suppose I hold myself to a higher standard than some...

Garden is fine, thank you. Sometimes I can lose points of discussion or it seems someone is baiting. Or I am just swamped. Cat, house, garden, baking business exploding, two daily workouts, keeping up with reading and knitting. Retirement my ass!

 

Tell me about it. Completely tore down my large garden area and moving it to the other side of my property. Also had to tear down my mixing room in my studio, so I can complete the remodel. adding flooring, new drywall, recessed lighting and the works to match my main room, so the whole studio will be like new and appealing to bands I bring in to record.

 

My house was almost rebuilt but everything done finally.
Also ballet season tickets, theater tickets and an election. Not sure yet best way to get involved, will figure it out.

Sponsor says federal law doesn't require breaks so it is confusing that state does, although other states have no problem.

Businesses may voluntarily provide breaks out of the goodness of their hearts.

Too many people are making too much money on homelessness. There is no incentive for them to actually fix the problem. And put themselves out of a secure good paying jobs.
