There are two parts to this riddle.

    1) Putin wants to know who ordered this attack. He will find out, through more torture if necessary. Then he will go after whomever is responsible.

    2) I do not believe he will report who is really behind the attacks. He will use this attack as an opportunity to spin propaganda that will help his agenda. Especially if it helps to win the Russian people to support his war.

Now that the election is over, Putin has announced he wants to increase the size of his military by 2 full army groups. That is a large number to draft. It will be easier if he can spin this attack in a way that results in more people joining his military.

Never believe anything Putin says to be true.

Or they wanted to catch them alive so they could try to control the narrative? I don't think they orchestrated it but seems certain they knew it was going to happen. The mystery is how did they manage to nab them without a firefight? Was it so poorly planeed that they used all their ammo? Or did they think they would be safer traveling without guns and ammo?

Do you and the guy who likes your post really believe this disgusting trash, these lies with not the slightest evidence to support? And then to throw in something about trans people? That's despicable. Ukraine, unlike russia, will always allow international journalists or fact finding tribunals, to come to Ukraine and investigate. There are videos shwing russian soldiers leading bound Ukrainian civilians to a place where their bodies are found. There are even videos actually showing russian soliders shooting at a Ukrainian civilian.
Here is a fact check of your cynical and false claims. As for the Safari unit, no one has even bothered factchcking it, it is so clearly outlandish russian poropaganda. How about you providing a scintilla of evidence that a Safari unit was ever in Bucha? [https://observers.france24.com/en/e...ke-videos-claim-the-bucha-massacre-was-staged

Here is a guy on twitter X today. I don't think I could have said it as well:

I see the russian bots are out in full force today for the anniversary of the discovery of Bucha massacre. The russians really don't want us talking about it and are trying to fill the information space with their ghoulish bullshit.

I know this doesn't deserve any response but this so totally rips a similar post that I couldn't resist:
    @IAPonomarenko

    - Satellite images showing bodies of the dead lying in the streets unrecovered for days and weeks amid Russian occupation -
CCTV videos literally showing Russian troops bringing arrested local men (who would later be found shot to death) to execution sites or opening fire upon moving civilians in the streets - Dozens and hundreds of bodies of people dead for many days and weeks found in mass graves, in the open, in basements, backyards, or sewage holes in Bucha and all across Kyiv Oblast immediately after the Russian withdrawal -
Entire world media present on sites and following the Ukrainian military and the police retaking Bucha almost immediately after the Russian withdrawal - Terabytes of photo and video footage made by world media, with every hour of Russia's 33-day presence in Bucha investigated - up to drone footage verified as entirely accurate based on astronomical analysis of shadows from the sunshine -
Hundreds, if not thousands, of personal accounts by local civilians describing Russia's brutal occupation regime and acts of atrocities and war crimes collected and verified by world media -
Key Russian suspects and military units involved in atrocities identified by world media -
Scores of fringe conspiracy theories and inferences from Russian war propaganda that don't live up to the most basic fact-check -
Not a single proof of Russian innocence and the Ukrainian role despite all materials being in full open source access for two years, not a single piece of evidence disproving the account of events established by multiple investigations despite two years of worldwide scrutiny -
Physically impossible Ukrainian role behind mass murders due to the non-existence of time machines or technologies of absolute invisibility that could allow Ukrainian combat formations to be present in Bucha and murder scores of local civilians during Russian occupation while staying totally unnoticed by anyone and anything, including street cameras, drones, satellites, or local civilians. -
The absurdity of a theory claiming that developments around the Russian occupation of Bucha are a global conspiracy involving all international media, Western governments, thousands of people at the scene, and all evidence and materials fabricated within a very short period to 'demonize' Russia or disguise 'secret Ukrainian murders.'

I doubt we will ever know who is behind this attack. However..

Russia appears to be making progress. Many people have been detained and questioned. The 10th person has been arrested.

The last 5 (I believe) people arrested are part of the money trail that financed the attack.

Following the money probably will be the best way to prove who ordered the attack.

BTW, Putin has been too quit lately. I feel safer when he is bluffing and lying. My gut says he is up to something.

Where were you during the attack? I could see someone saying they're an old fisherman is a good cover.

(Does anyone know if Putin is offering a reward?)

Ukraine carried out very successful drone raids (all made by Ukraine; missiles would be more effective but West won't allow them to use against targets in russia) last night on four different airfields in russia. russians claim they sent over 50 drones at one airfield.
    Results super:
    @igorsushko
[IMG] Ukrainian drone strikes preliminary results on 4 Russian airfields last night:
    ・Su-34 / Su-24/30: 6 destroyed, 8 damaged, 20 soldiers killed/wounded at Morozovsk
    ・Tu-95: 3 destroyed/damaged, crew of 7 killed at Engels
    ・Su-25: 2 destroyed at Yeysk
    ・Results pending at Kursk
The SU planes are fighter/bombers while the TU's are large bombers, often used to fire missiles into Ukrainian cities.
Meanwhile russians continued to attack civilian targets. they have been using the terrorist double tap tactics lately so many firemen dead.

Lol. Russia can't even deal with Ukraine. They don't want any part of NATO. NATO won't even need nukes.

Putin might just find himself falling out a window...

How horrible, fantastic, incredible it is that we should be digging trenches and trying on gas masks here because of a quarrel in a far-away country between people of whom we know nothing.

    — Neville Chamberlain, 27 September 1938, 8 p.m. radio broadcast, on Czechoslovak refusal to accept Nazi demands to cede border areas to Germany.

Appeasement certainly prevented WW2 from happening, so I'm sure it will prevent WW3 as well. Right?
