What shoes do you guys use (for those who have back pain)?

I'm trying some Saucony's today, after years of being a loyal sketcher fan. But the last pair I bought let me down, even with inserts.

    Hoka.

By far the best for back pain.

Try the Cliftons or Bondis models.

I have to agree! They were far and away the best shoes I found when I was working part time. And pretty much all I wear anymore for both back and knee pain. My chiropractor says they are way better than any off the shelf orthotic you can buy. I've also found out the model of Hoka you want depends on your arches. I have flatter feet so I prefer the Arahi. But the Cliftons work fine too.

Not sure if they are the best? But I have had good luck with the Orthofeet brand.

Orthofeet shoes were worn by most of the dealers in Vegas, 25 years ago. Not sure if this is still true?

Look for some deep water aqua aerobic classes. The exercises will do wonders for your back and improve your core strength. The stronger your core muscles the more it will take pressure off of your back and spine. You can't tread water in bad posture. Your spine will line up and it will feel wonderful. Also, it's exercise that is nonimpact.

I wear Brooks Ghost....I have tried many brands and I find these last longer than Nikes and Addidas.

Recently got a pair of running shoes that are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve EVER worn.

Hoka or Brooks are by far your best bet.

Brooks has owned the running game for shoes for a long time. They finally have decent designs now too.

I've heard people like Hoka more for just day to day stuff.

New Balance are my go to. But not for back pain. For comfort.

Well, you are a dad now, so New Balance shoes were inevitable.
