I’m listening to the no ceilings podcast and they have been watching Salaun all year. They can’t believe some people want to take him in the lottery.

Seems like a weak draft, we need shooting and if we trade Ant we REALLY need shooting. I’m taking Reed at 7.

I think people forget that none of these guys are finished products. He's 18, played in one of the most competitive leagues in the world and was fairly productive. Looking at his season's stats isn't really smart. People see the upward trend, his size, motor, skills and tools and are enamored.

He's not close to being ready, but if you're confident in your player development, he could reap major rewards.

It's ridiculous how unpredictable this draft is. There is simply no concensus ranking in the lottery

Thought the discussion at the end about Matas v Tidjane was interesting. They thought Salaun was superior in every aspect. Start at 33:19

Also thought this was interesting on Ware.

You're a wise man. I too, strongly believe we should draft Ware with the later pick.

I guess the question about Ware is if Portland wants him and doesn't think he'll last till #14, would they take him at #7

I don't think at 7, but they can use their seconds/Brogdon to perhaps move from 14 to 11. I can see OKC being a threat to take Ware.

I think the Buzelis "highlights" are impressive. I thought he would be there at 7, but that seems doubtful now.

GOOD. I'm hoping he'll bump down somebody I actually want us to draft.

I think he's going to slide considerably and I've soured on him. Salaun may be drafted ahead of him now.

I don't see why he would slide. My only worry was his athletic ability and his combine results took care of that concern.

Here is a video with Ware, Working hard to get stronger but really has to be pushed. Admits he likes one coach because "he doesn't let me slack off".

Check out the video I put up of him vs Salaun and you'll see. He was always boom or bust to me. Looks like mostly a bust if the analysis is true.
